This is a one hour coaching session along with medical intuition to guide you to more of your awareness. Discover the communication you have with your body and learn what your body has been trying to let you know! Through an intuitive technique where I, Sara, as the facilitator, will assist you and your body to close the gap you may have with "hearing" your body. "SAZY" Cards or energy work is incorporated.

Session "Star" - $40

We all have Star Centers within our body and energy that are waiting to be activated again. Think of your energy being it's own unique galaxy, and all that you've experienced has influenced it. This activation/energy shift is unique to the individual and varies every session. Your energy field will be read and what is perceived will be shifted and activated for your highest good, activating your true vibrational essence! Any healing or clearing is like a layering process so being patient and open to how it unfolds will benefit you the most.
